General Questions
A process server is a professional who delivers legal documents to individuals or businesses involved in court proceedings. In California, process servers must be registered with the county in which they primarily work. Corona Process Serving is registered in Riverside County.
Common documents include summons and complaints, subpoenas, unlawful detainer and eviction notices, temporary restraining orders, family law documents, small claims filings, and wage garnishments.
